Operating parameters
1. Pretreatment of substrate surface
With in 3-5% sulfuric acid water cleaning ,grinding brush wheel mesh was 500,800,1000,1200 mesh ,drying temperature of 80 DEG C to 120 DEG C,grinding mark 10mm-20mm watermill rupture time is 20s
2. Open oil
Ink is the main agent and curing agent after mixing the mixing proportion according to the requirements of our company,1KG 10-15 min ,5KG 30min mixing ,stirring,stiring after still more than 15min,so that the ink viscosity stability after use.Do not need to add thinner ink,such as viscosity is too large,can be used to adjust the special diluent,but the amount can not be more than 5%.In order to make good adhesion,it is better to do the cheaning work first,
3. Screen printing
Screen printing:take 100-120T nylon diagonal net tension,23+1N.
Rubber scrper scraping:65 degrees-75degrees of good elasticity,sharp edges,squeegee angle of 5-20 degrees,2-6kg/cm-pressure
Printing film thinkness:10-20um
Static:within 15-30min
4. Bake
Single printing and printing :the first face 150+5 degrees ,15-20min
Second faces:150 degrees,40-45 min
Duplex printing:150+5 degrees,45-60min
